The Marketing Strategy Senior Associate sits on the Segment Strategy team within the Marketing Strategy Center.
This team develops and applies a deep understanding of our key audiences - consumers, clients, agents, and prospective agents - to help Marketing and business partners improve effectiveness in engaging these key groups.
The Senior Associate role supports the development of strategic and tactical recommendations related to our target audiences by conducting analyses, identifying marketplace and internal trends and opportunities, and communicating recommendations.
This role partners closely with stakeholders to understand business drivers and priorities to ensure recommendations are in line with and positively impact stakeholder goals.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, support key initiatives, manage projects simultaneously, have strong organizational skills and effectively forge strong working relationships with team members and partners.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Act as a Marketing Strategy resource for marketing and business partners on projects focused on driving consumer leads, supporting agent recruitment, improving client retention, improving agent training and other enterprise-wide initiatives/goals.
Represent the voice of our key audiences and the overall perspective of the Marketing Strategy Center on these projects, as appropriate.

- Support Marketing Strategy Center colleagues in the development of reports, strategies, and recommendations related to our target audiences.
More specifically, gather and synthesize data from internal and external sources, identify market trends and opportunities, conduct various strategic analyses (e.
g.
, market sizing, SWOT analyses, competitive analyses, etc.
), and develop recommendations to help marketing and business partners achieve their specific goals.

- Produce deliverables such as data visualizations, PowerPoint reader decks, or brief memos that can be used across the organization to understand and apply market/marketing opportunities and recommendations.

- Handle ad hoc projects or requests in support of the Marketing Strategy Center initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required

- 5
years experience in marketing, strategy, consumer insights, or similar roles

- Proven ability to gather and synthesize data and insights into a compelling, actionable story for stakeholders

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across various levels of the organization

- Collaborative problem solver with demonstrated curiousity and eagerness to learn

- Ability to leverage resources and expertise across the organization without formal authority

- Proven ability to understand strategic business levers and prioritize accordingly

- Ability to work in a high-performing team environment, collaborating with others as well as working independently

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
